I always try to look at it from the client's perspective

When I was a bride myself I had planned everything to a T for our backyard soiree. Eventually, we ran into a problem; who was going to make sure the day went off without a hitch? Well, a coordinator of course! I had no clue at that time that these people existed and that a wedding planner's most popular service was event coordination. But it turns out it is.

A peace of mind

This is most likely your first wedding, so how are you supposed to know about the formalities, or how the schedule usually works? To us, it's easy! We can make schedules and timelines in our sleep. We can fluff and bustle dresses in our sleep. But to you, this is all foreign! And guess what? That's okay, because that's where we come in.

Maybe you're thinking- my mom can help, or my maid of honor is really good at this kind of stuff. Stop right there. Remember this day is about you, but it is also about your family and close friends. As much as they want to help, it would also be really nice for them to be able to just relax and enjoy the day with you.

It all starts 4-6 weeks before the big day. After you have everything planned. We meet with you to hear ALL about it. At this point, it's time to figure out your schedule for that BIG day of yours. Maybe you already formed a schedule but something doesn't make sense. We will help to make every detail functional! Once you meet with your coordinator, you can sit back and relax because that's when we take over all communication with your vendors and make sure to deliver a wedding day exactly as you had always envisioned it.

Happy Planning!

XO,

Sarah
